Simple Past / My accident






Hello, today I want to talk to you about a horrible day in my motorcycle driving career, I remember 5 years ago I was working in a coffee shop, and I studied in the university of el Salvador, in the mornings I worked and in the afternoon I applied for permission to attend classes, that day I left work early to go to classes but I had to go back to supervise the closing of the shop, but I didn't want to go to classes and I went to my best friend's house to talk to her. So for you to know, I didn't go to class I preferred to stay at my best friend's house, when I returned to work, a car blocked my way and hit the front tire of my motorcycle, I slipped and fell to the floor, I didn't really get up quickly from the floor and a friendly man helped me lift my bike, I remember that at that time I didn't feel pain, until suddenly one of the people who helped me told me that I was bleeding my arm. They called the ambulance and it came to help me, they helped me to stop bleeding my arm and they put a bandage on me, then they took me to the clinic so they could give me medical attention. 

I can only tell you that the pain I felt the day after my accident is terribly painful. I remember I couldn't even take a bath, it hurt a lot, in fact I have to confess that I cried more than once because of the pain.



And here you can see me days after that painful accident, already with a better face to show, ha ha ha, however since that day I am much more careful. By the way, be careful if you ever drive a car or a motorcycle, it is a very great risk and a great responsibility.

 Hello, today I would like to explain to you everything I understood about the simple past tense. First when do we use the simple past tense?  Front my point of view is very important to explain that we  used the simple past tense to refer to actions that were done in the past and no haven't connection with the present.  for example:  In present we say: I am a  preschool student. ( if you were  really sttudying  preschool student but, you aren't a preschool student right now), So we need to say that in past simple , in others words you could say: I was a preschool student when I was 7 years old. Now let's look at the structure of the past simple tense:  Remember that in present simple  when the subject was third person is to say, he, she and it added letter "S" or "ES"  But in this grammatical time it is a little easier why the verb will be the same for all subjects in the past time, the change depends on the verb and not the subject. for example:  There

Daylight Saving Time in the United States!!

  According to my research when we talk about daylight saving time in the us we mean the time change that is allowed in the United States so I understood this change originated many years ago. In the United States Daylight Saving Time begins at 2:00 a.m. local time on the second Sunday in March. On the first Sunday in November areas on Daylight Saving Time return to Standard Time at 2:00 a.m. When Daylight Saving Time begins in the United States turn your clocks ahead one hour. At the end of Daylight Saving Time turn your clocks back one hour. In a nutshell this event happens annually and is a time change that has to do with the seasons of the year.
